Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Constello, including Constello Realms, metered processing, and purchases made through Stripe or Apple. By using Constello, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use Constello. You are responsible for activity through your constellation and for keeping access credentials secure. Do not use another person's account without permission.
Your material
You keep ownership of material you submit. You give Constello permission to host, process, reproduce, and transform that material only as needed to operate the service, produce requested readings and responses, and maintain the features you use. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.
Generated material
Readings, conversations, and other generated material may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected. They are creative outputs, not professional, medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make using them.
Payments
Prices and material purchase terms are shown before checkout. Monthly Realms subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Metered usage is charged only when its disclosed threshold is reached; Constello absorbs its payment-processing costs. Apple purchases are billed and managed by Apple. The separate Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy is part of these terms.
Service credits
Constello service tokens and similar credits are nontransferable service units, have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money. They are not a bank account, stored-value account, or digital currency.
Acceptable use
Do not use Constello to violate law or another person's rights, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, distribute malware, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person, or submit material you are not permitted to use. We may limit or suspend activity that threatens the service or other people.
Availability and changes
Constello is an evolving service and may change, experience interruption, or discontinue a feature. Material changes to paid terms will be communicated as required before they take effect. We do not promise that every feature or generated result will always be available.
Termination
You may stop using Constello or delete your account. Account deletion does not itself cancel an Apple subscription, which must be managed through Apple. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms, fraud, abuse, or legal requirements. Rights and obligations that by their nature should survive termination—including payment records, ownership, and liability limitations—continue to apply.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Constello is provided “as is” and without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Constello is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. These limitations do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
California law governs these terms, without overriding consumer protections that apply where you live.
