Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Monthly Constello Realms
The monthly price and billing frequency are shown before purchase. A monthly Realm renews automatically each month until you cancel renewal. Constello obtains your affirmative agreement to those recurring terms before opening Stripe Checkout and keeps a confirmation you can download.
Canceling renewal
For a web subscription, open Realms and choose Cancel renewal. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future billing, and your Realm remains active through the period you already paid for. You can also manage your payment method separately. App Store subscriptions must be canceled through Apple's subscription-management interface.
Metered usage
Web metered usage accrues at $5 per 1,000,000 service tokens. No charge is made while the balance remains below $5. When the balance reaches the full threshold, Constello charges exactly $5 and absorbs payment-processing fees. A failed charge pauses further metered usage until the payment method is updated. Usage below the threshold is not charged merely because time passes.
One-time and lifetime purchases
Lifetime Realms, gifts, funded jobs, and service-token packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Service tokens are nontransferable, have no cash value, and are used only for Constello processing.
Refund requests
If a charge is duplicate, unauthorized, technically incorrect, or the purchased access was not delivered, contact us so we can investigate and correct it. Other refund requests are reviewed individually based on the circumstances and applicable law. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights that the law where you live requires.
Price changes and reminders
Constello will provide advance notice of subscription price changes as required by law. Active subscribers receive an annual reminder stating the plan, price, billing frequency, and how to cancel.
